In the men and women open category all men and women are rated irrespective the age.
In the men and women masters category all men over 40 and women over 35 years old are rated.
Other categories will be rated
in case of there will be at least three participants in each category.
Prizes: The winner in each
category will be awarded the title International Master of the Czech
Republic in winter modern pentathlon. The participants on the first
three places in each awarded category will get material prizes.
Accomm.: Interhotel Bohenia
in Ústí nad Labem. Organisers provide accommodation of participants
for Friday and Saturday nights. Other accommodation after the previous
agreement with the organiser.
Meals: Organisers provide dinner on Friday, breakfast and dinner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday.

Shooting: All categories according to the valid rules of masters category.
Total time 30 min for 20 shots
2 warm-up targets with an arbitrary use during the competition

Fencing: According
to the valid rules of modern pentathlon
Giant slalom:
Two rounds on the same track, both best times are added.
The start order is equal to the order after two events without any age bonus, the leader of the competition starts the first.
Scoring: the winner’s time is valued 1200 points
For every other opened one tenth of a second the following points are deducted:
Both winner’s added times between 50,1-90 sec – one tenth is equal to 2 points
Both winner’s added times
above 90 sec – one tenth is equal to 1,5 points
Cross country skiing:
Freestyle, 2 km course
Start after every 30 sec.- the intermediate leader starts the first
or all competitors start together.
10 km men open competition, junior men and women
6 km men masters competition, women open competition, youth men
4 km women masters competition, youth women
Scoring: the winner’s time is valued 1200 points
For
every other opened second one point is deducted, i.e. 1 min = 60 points.
Age bonus: Only for masters
competition, according to the rules of masters category.
Warning: In case
of very bad snow conditions the organizer has the right to replace winter
events by standard events of modern pentathlon. Standard events will
be realized according to the valid rules of modern pentathlon.
